Identifying ROF Militia extremists in your community is easy- They wear uniforms.

Warning: This guide will only help you identify R-ROF cells/squads. However, R-ROF is the organizational model that the overwhelming majority of ROF cells use in north Florida. You will almost certainly encounter entirely different uniforms in South Florida, And I don't have a lot of intel on what those uniforms look like other than to say they still wear tiger stripe. 

Before we begin, It's important for you to know, There are 2 types of R-ROF squads in every cell: 

RROF Urban Forces 

RROF Rural Forces 

"Forces" is appears to be called "Services" by some cells, They have internally debated the use of the words, But its the same concept in each cell. We will call them Forces because it appears that is what they are called in Tallahassee. 

What is the difference? Lets break it down: 

RROF Urban Forces

* Uniforms are green and black 

*Their equipment is different, Allegedly suited more toward urban enviornments

*They do operations in urban areas (But not always) hence their name

*They are usually lower ranking ROF's, But not always 

*They are more likely to be engaged in flyer/banner drop ops/public relations

*New recruits in these squads sometimes wear all black before getting their green jacket.

*In more recent training materials published by 1D4C Cell in Tallahassee, It appeared the "Urban forces" were trained for streetfights/riot tactics and not gunfights, But this isn't a hard fast rule either- It's an overgeneralization, but one based on observation nontheless. 

*Their vehicles and equipment are often painted green and black. 

Key identifiers: Black pants green jacket, May simply sport all black if weather is hot or if they are new recruits. 

RROF Rural Forces  

*In spite of their name, They have been seen in urban areas of Tallahassee.

*Their uniforms are camoflaged in the "Atacs ix" camo patterns, but during training they sometimes mix multiple camo patterns. The uniform appears to be a public relations attempt at "Professionalism." 

* They do joint training operations with the urban forces, Most recently they did so on easter sunday where they did what they referred to as "Riot training" 

*A lot of them (But not all of them) Appear to be higher ranking members of ROF. 

*Their vehicles and equipment are often painted camo 

The picture isn't very clear, but here we see an ROF Urban force squad working together with a ROF Rural force squad. It is important to remember these people are part of the exact same cell, they are just different types of squads with different types of equipment and (Usually) different jobs. 

What if I see a uniform that doesn't match either of these? 

ROF members will often wear tactical gear that isn't "Uniform", But has the common identifiers of ROF membership. They will often have their own tactical clothing independently for "Light duty assignments" and day to day living/working. 

It is important to know the difference between and ROF member in uniform (What they call code 7 status) and an ROF member out of uniform. Their behavior will be entirely different. 

Pictured here is an ROF member dressed in his own personal tactical equipment, He is not in an actual ROF uniform, He is simply wearing tac clothing that displays his ROF affiliation. This is their "Off duty" look, What this usually (But not always) means, Is that they are not "Code 7" status. ROF members are encouraged to purchase their own personal equipment in addition to their official ROF equipment. 

I hope this guide will help you identify ROF extremists in your community. If you see them in Tallahassee, You should call non emergency dispatch at 850 891 4200 and report their presence to the authorities, Or whatever non emergency number applies to what county you see them in. 

Let them know the moment they cross the line from freedom of speech/the right to bear arms into criminality, They will be held accountable as they always have.

ROF is continuing to use undercover sex operatives to gather intelligence on political enemies.

Why? 

Because it works.

Here is the scary part:

Interestingly, My sources say the SPU (Secessionist prisoners unit) Is a "Side project" of ROFID. My sources also claim there is a such thing as "ROF Joint Special Operations command." This all sounds mighty autistic for a group that is for the most part made up of cells of no more than 10+ people. This could be explained by a "Collective Ethos" among cells, Similar to what we have seen with the "ROF Womens divisions"

The scary thing about this organization, Is it appears to transcend the "Cell structure" ROF is accustomed to. It's hard to explain how it works, But my source calls it a "Collective ethos among cells"

ROFID 

ROFID Mission statement: 

Our primary objective is to provide the administration of ROF with accurate and comprehensive information regarding the tactics, technologies, activities, and strategic objectives of forces
hostile to the ROF. 

ROFID operation types:   


Missions with ROFID are carried out deep in enemy territory with minimal logicstical support. Our behind the lines activities include infiltration, Sabotage, Surgical strikes, And intelligence
gathering. 


In addition to basic infantry and recon skills, ROFID teams must have the ability to: 
1. Improvise and use common items found at retail stores, construction sites, and readily accessible locations and retrofit them to complete mission objectives 
2. Impersonate enemy forces by understanding their standard operating procedure (SOP) and by wearing their uniforms, As well as impersonating them using their communications.
3. Destroy enemy infrastructure or otherwise sabotage it. 
4. Use interpersonal deception and PSYWAR tactics to gather intelligence by any means including but not limited to bribery using money and sex, And intimidation.
5. Adapt to changing circumstances and think fast, Utilizing objects/tools of opportunity as well as enemy equipment and weapons against themselves. 
6. Be able to make suits that mimmick natural vegitation and utilize optics to spy on targets of ROFID operations.
7. Document corruption or other undesirable behaivor from enemies using DSLR cameras with teliscoping lenses and other forms of survaliance. 

It should be noted that INDIVIDUALS in ROFID teams should specialize in these areas. These skills can be divided into 2 categories, 

(A) Covert Serveliance where the target is unaware he is being watched 
(B) Infiltration, Where the target believes ROFID operator is actually his ally. 

A and B may often merge toward the end of an operation, or when the operation becomes compromised. 

There is a playlist on youtube called "Tradecraft" That teaches a lot of the skills that will be needed for these operations that ROFID instructors should
refer their trainees to. ROFID operators should refine and practice their tradecraft as often as possible and should cooperate with local ROFRAD (Research and Development) teams.
